As an event planning company, we coordinate catering, décor, perfect locations, and the right amount of intimacy and fun.
All one needs is an idea, and we’ll make it come alive. We construct exciting themes and designs that make each event special.
We work with the best vendors in South Florida to bring the best quality to each event, and to make planning stress-free and easy.
We customize our packages to fit the client’s budget and include everything they want and more, with a flexibility and capability to make every event Elite.


events pricing
The pricing for weddings/private events to be held at openseas cafe is based upon our high and low seasons. The high season begins on November 1st and concludes on May 31st. The low season begins on June 1st and concludes on October 31st. The pricing listed below is for events held on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights only. Pricing for events held Monday through Thursday would be lower in cost and calculated on an individual basis. All prices are subject to change.

Overtime Fees
Events are contracted to last five hours. In the event that the client chooses to the contracted time of five hours, a charge of $500.00 per half hour over the allotted time will be charged to the client. The overtime cannot exceed two hours past the contracted time, or past 7:00 pm
